in an Italian “Agriturismo” – Farm holiday where you can spend your vacation in contact with nature, immersed in a century-old olive grove and try hands on several moments such as: picking vegetables from our organic-garden, participating in the grape harvest and making wine, or being actively involved in the olive harvest and producing organic- extravirgin olive oil.
We also organize group or individual cooking classes where you can learn how to make traditional Apulian dishes, as well as experiences such as mozzarella making or wine tasting.
